  2. I do appreciate that the two first suggestion could be a point to discuss hehe
  3. Point 3 will not be implemented for sure... Paid feature with higher bite rate will make the game p2w.

  5. Thank you for the reply, but personally my thoughts go with any of these "classed as" worm baits, I'm sure a mod/admin will clarify?
  6. Caught a few Broad Whitefish over 3 kg. But no stage 2 qualification?
  7. 8. So I've recently got the bug for float fishing after starting as a bottom feeder. I understand the basics of using CTRL + right click to hard set the hook. and also to make sure there is not too much slack in the water. I started around 30% and leveled my way up to 70% with white broadfish at tunguska. They are simple. Set the depth to whatever you like they do not care, 1.5m in 4m depth no problem. They nibble, the float plummets and you strike. 90% of the time you will hook. simple and easy (not suggesting everything should be like that.) Having gotten a little bored of that I tried experimenting with bream who seemed to be more effected by depth, this time the depth needs to be at the bottom. Not so difficult to balance the float so it sits just right above the surface. I found these way more difficult and finding myself struggling to know when to hookset. I gave up after a few hours and catching only a handful and missing many many many hooksets. Moving on a few days I tried my luck at trophy hunting roach at ladoga/sura. same situation as bream. They nibble for longer and it's hard to tell when is the right time to set the hook. The problem here is that it seems to be completely random. I tried many different times to set the hook. and each time with different results. 1. fish nibbles. wait. the float sinks. Strike. no hookset. 2. fish nibbles. wait. the float sinks. wait. strike. no hookset. 3. fish nibbles. wait. fish nibbles faster/stronger. Strike. no hookset. 4. fish sinks the float fast and immediately. Strike. no hookset. 5. fish nibbles. float sways away in a direction. strike. no hookset. 6. fish nibbles. float rises. strike. no hookset. 7. fish nibbles. float rises. float lays flat. strike. no hookset. and all of these seemingly working in the opposite and working other times. so from that it became confusing and I don't know where I'm going wrong at this point. So I think maybe all I can do is post some clips of my failures/successes that also contradict each other and maybe you can tell me what I am doing wrong. https://streamable.com/2aetdr https://streamable.com/807sob https://streamable.com/q9i90w https://streamable.com/9nffq7 https://streamable.com/7g2sgz https://streamable.com/k24bpl https://streamable.com/txpi2s https://streamable.com/w7y5qd https://streamable.com/ikihrl https://streamable.com/87mpta https://streamable.com/wc43rd https://streamable.com/vsln7i https://streamable.com/c3t00f https://streamable.com/3wgfrb https://streamable.com/ldsrv2 https://streamable.com/k89apb https://streamable.com/smyj8u https://streamable.com/jaxxut
  9. A small event could be created to increase the bite rates of a certain fish seasonally. The event could be applied in 3 ways. 1. A random week could be assigned event (EG: from Monday to Monday of the start of every season) 2. The time of the event could be applied in the time passed inside the game itself. A week in "Russian fishing" time could have certain fish increase bite. 3. There could be an Item monthly sold by gold that would increase the bite rate. (EG: The item would last a week in game time and after used, it would be able to be re-bought after a month) I am suggesting this event cause it is kinda frustrating to have 2 hours do play a day and spending all of it trying to find spots that are active

  13. Thank you , but I just NOW figured out that I can Shift & Select : it will only take the ones it wants. I do apologize for not being computer savvy.
  14. Be nice if it was like the old days when big pike needed to be targeted rather than the current situation where they are just relegated to bycatch. Big Pike are glorious fish, they deserve better, just sayin'

Hi all! Finally closed the book at Mosquito !!! Specie: Perch Map: Mosquito Lake Coords: 96.77 I5 Casting distance: max 20m, they bite mostly within this distance, and with shorter casts, you will optimize the number of your tries during the "hot" hours . Setup (jigging rig) When/Weather: caught during the evening, under the rain. The morning and the evening are the best moments (biterate and size) Other: you can try other luras as the classic shads for example. I tried the fluo yellow, it gave interesting results. You can also try with nightcrawlers on the bottom while you cast your lure. It's effective too.
  20. It is always a possibility suggestions will be looked at being put into the game if they fit with development plans. I will tell you however this has been suggested before.
