  13. Optimization is always taking place. Whether or not that optimization will result in what you desire is another thing. There are many players playing this game and optimizations and fixes will not always please everyone. Please see this article for how to manually add applications: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000028812/graphics/graphics-for-8th-generation-intel-processors.html While it is from Intel it does show how to get the Radeon app to recognize other software. Additionally, if your display is running higher than 60 hz, please choose a display setting around 60 hz if possible. RF4 currently does not alway play well with high refresh rates on some displays. If this still does not help, please follow this post: https://rf4game.com/forum/index.php?/topic/4322-forum-section-rules/ and provide those files. We can look and see if there is anything else going on.

  32. You can have your opinion, but I do need to correct you on one fact - a fish is most certainly not weightless in water. Basically the apparent weight of a fish in water is the weight of the fish minus the buoyant force (this can get more interesting depending on how many forces you want to model). Now even if a fish is dead weight and is not fighting the force it exerts on the tackle will be a function of it's apparent weight, drag (friction) and the angle at which the line is connected to the fish. And just to be clear I mean drag in the water i.e. the resistance of the fish being pulled through the water.

  33. Why is it that after every server re-start/update the devs insist on killing the fishing. This is FISHING game in order to have fun one must be able to catch fish and big ones at that. Have devs not considered that they could keep good bite rate but reduce silver? everyone knows tuba pond/tuba carp fishing was the way to make silver. now that is no longer an option. Tung was the other way of making silver. however now it seems that too is no longer a viable method.

  34. So the game sets the real speed at optimum for the current pressure on the gear. As you fight if you pay attention you will see the reel go slower when pressure is high, and faster when it is low. This is also affected by the gear ratio of the reel, lower gear ratio reels have more torque and so can maintain a steadier reel speed at times. You can always speed up the reel speed by holding shift, but be careful with this. If the fish is taking drag, then holding shift and reeling dramatically effects the wear on the brake.
