Omg... that’s insane. I ran out of mole crickets but I got crayfish tail left. I fished roach and got 35 fish for over 600 silver.

Congratulations for your new level and for the beautiful capture. I still need 18 million nothing more for that ... Let's see if I can stand it.

Best to use Halibut/Salmon boilies, NC and Algae also works. At night you can switch to frogs or fish meat for Burbs. The 29kg Sturgeon was also on Salmon 20.

I’m tempted to go here since my cat is 96 and is a false trophy lol. Seeing a 180 and 204kg cat caught is crazy.

I think the Caspian trouts are around here to. I’m going to troll for them.

Hi there!

I've tried the competition for beloribitsa, but failed :( . BUT I did a good fishing at least :D . Big thanks to @tonio who told me where, how and when ;) .

Fishing time: 1h45

Spot: 19:180 (A1 on the map, from the island)

Clip: 38m

Rig: baitfish rig

Hook size: 2 or 1/0 for me

Baitfishes: for beloribitsa, very fresh bleaks and gudgeons are needed, and a trophy burbot was caught with a small white bream

Fishes: beloribitsas, zanders, burbots, chubs, asps (a 11kg+ one has been caught there today), sterlets and probably bigger (I've been spooled once...)

Doing some trolling today at the bottom of the map, looking for trophy Asp or Caspian Brown but still no luck..Overall still good silver earn in 4 hours trolling (including around 45mins afk) . If anyone looking for Caspian Brown, they seem to bite around 7am-9-am and 7pm-12am, and Trophy Chub after 12 am. Only trolling from location below up until small island ,past the small island , Pike start biting.Use fluro line for better bite rate

Here's a very lucky 3.5h session of carp fishing at Akhtuba, at 74:49 (d8).
All fish were cought on Salmon 14 or Halibut 14, with grasscarp+pellets gb or PVA and 2/0 hooks.

Hi there!

I did some exploration and decided to chill out on an island where no one seems to fish from.

I had many tired baitfishes, so decided to use them all.

Had two sessions there. One short for first try, and one longer.

I wanted to share this little experience :) .

Short session: 1h

Long session: 4h30

Spot: 149:105 on H5 on the map, 3 different points on it (pike and zander/ides spots)

Casting distance: 50/60m, and like 15m for pike spot

Spot 1 (trophy zander and some zanders, but they seem to have moved from there now)

Spoiler

Spot 2 (pikes, some asps and cats)

Spoiler

Spot 3 (zanders, ides, some asps and some surprises)

Spoiler

Rigs: baitfish, simple lure and jigging rigs

Baitfishes: bleaks, gudgeons, white breams, perches and ruffes

Leaders: for the spot 3, you can go with fluoro leader, for spots 1 and 2 better 22kg steel leader or at least 12kg carbon leader

Lures: Ylin Uitsing Orig Popper 11-F006 and Lynns Lynns Huge Minnow 120-006

Spoiler

Results: a nice trophy zander on the spot 1 (but nothing there during the long session), nice zander/pike fishing on other spots with good surprises : one 10.4kg beloribitsa whitefish and one 8.9kg stellate sturgeon (my first), some asps and ides (and 2 cats :D ).

Hi there!

Another short session (1h30) on the H5 island, to chill out again, peaceful spot :D .

Same strategy, same gear. And still surprises (not big but still good :D) .

This time, I've not seen any zander. They seem to move a lot those last days.

Bites are pretty slow, and catches hazardous. A bit of luck is needed on this spot ;) .

And a trophy ruffe was caught... on a live bleak, 50g+... :D :D :D

That’s good you found the pike. Keep an eye on the orders for the 3kg / 6.5kg pike orders worth 150-200 silver. They are always 2x for these sizes.
