@toto9808.ek You will need to contact Steam support to get a refund as the payment was made through their platform.

Third-party developers can activate refunds for items in their games.

The item you are trying to purchase will be displayed before purchasing whether the developer activated the refund.

Otherwise, Steam will not refund items purchased in games not developed in Valve.
