If you have already requested a transfer to the standalone via transfer@rf4game.com, you can confirm your ingame name here, by posting after you have received the response from transfer@rf4game.com. This is a temporary workaround while the steam issues are occurring. It may not work for all players. If that happens then for those players they will need to wait until the steam servers are back up for proper validation.
