Administrator Elwoodiath2 Posted May 31, 2021 Administrator Share Posted May 31, 2021 Oncorhynchus mykiss is a representative of salmonids sometimes called the Kamchatka Salmon. This fish is found in the reservoirs of Kamchatka and the rivers on the mainland coast of the Sea of Okhotsk. The back of the fish has a greenish tint and the abdomen is usually silvery white. There are small dark spots on the body and fins. Kamchatkan Rainbow Trout are caught on float and spinning rods. Fishing with live baits also produces good results.
