Not far from the coast of the Baltic Sea is located the picturesque Amber Lake. According to local legends, it got its name due to the fact that the scales of the numerous carps that shine in the sun shining in the sun resemble the luster of amber. This lake is very popular today among lovers of carp fishing.

Access to the body of water requires level 26 player.

Trip #1

Good evening, being from England all we know is Carp Fishing, so when they announced Amber Lake was a carp fishing map you can imagine my excitement. I will probably never fish any other lake, no matter the bite rate. I like to do big research on this game, checking discords, forums and finding spots & set ups to share with you, these will be classed as trips in this style of post.

Net/Conclusion:

After doing around 2 hours, the size of the fish was good. Didn't have time to stay there longer but it felt like a trophy was coming, had 3 good size mirrors and also good Linear. Maybe others will have more luck, i tried to come away from the Tiger Nut hype and test the Maggot Rig. Overall quite happy but i always target 300 silver per hour, with a trophy this would of been possible, so not too bad. Give it a go, tight lines!

where you using any dry mix at all levo in the spod?

Hi JayJay
When I did catch this fish no, I was testing chod rig and different methods of feeding. When it was caught I only used Cobra with 10 boilies of Sweet Cream 20 soluble every 30 min.
I am still fishing at this spot and now I am using dry mix and Is working as well. From what I can see mixing all feeding methods is the best option but we need to be careful not to overfeed the spot.

Regards

Levo

132:147 , clip 45, casting slightly east of South, just to the right of the upside down boat.  Fishing the shell bed.    Mostly Common Carp and Mirror Carp
